NeueCode 7 · Enterprise licensing
Your AI platform. Your infrastructure. Your licence.
Unlimited developers. No per-user fees.
Deploy NeueCode 7 on your own infrastructure with a perpetual licence per active server. Scale your team without increasing software licence costs for every new developer.
- Fully on-premises deployment
- Perpetual licence
- No token-based licence fees
Customer-provided infrastructure · Annual software assurance · Optional pilot
One platform. A different licensing model.
Other vendors: per-seat licensing
With most AI coding vendors, software subscription costs scale with paid seats. Usage charges may also apply.
- Per-user subscription, renewed each term
- Included allowance per seat, resets monthly
- Usage beyond the allowance may be metered
- Seat count revisited at renewal
NeueCode licensing
Software licensing scales with active servers, not developer headcount.
- One-time perpetual server licence
- Unlimited authorised developers per licensed server
- No NeueCode token-based licensing charges
- Annual software assurance after year one
The licence is one fixed price per active server, whatever the server’s size. Unlimited developers use it; how much runs at once is set by the hardware you choose, and when a workload outgrows one server, the next licence is simply for the next server.
Enterprise AI you control. One server licence. Unlimited developers.
Three things you buy at once — and none of them is priced per developer. Developers are unlimited on each licensed server, within its capacity.
Sovereign enterprise AI
Your infrastructure, your models, your organisational control. Local models on your own GPUs, inside your network — deployable air-gapped.

AI agents, enterprise tools, permissions, approvals, auditability. Every agent action runs under policy, approval and a tamper-evident audit trail.
Autonomous AI governanceA different ownership model
Perpetual server licensing without per-developer fees. One licence per active server, the same fixed price for any server size; developers are unlimited within its capacity.
How the licence worksHow the licence works
Perpetual
One licence per active server, bought once.
Unlimited developers
Authorised on the licensed server, subject to its capacity.
Assurance from year two
Included in year one; then a fixed share of the licence per year.
Passive DR
Standby-recovery server at a reduced rate.
Pilot first
Fixed fee, credited to the licence when you buy within an agreed window.
Deployment and hardware
Deployment services priced separately; hardware is yours.
The per-server list price is shared on request. Every active server is the same fixed price, whatever its size; a short sizing conversation only sets how many you need.
Frequently asked questions
- How is NeueCode priced?
- One perpetual (one-time) licence per active server, unlimited authorised developers on it subject to its capacity, and no per-token licence fees from NeueCode. Software assurance is included in year one and renews annually from year two as a fixed share of the licence; a passive disaster-recovery server is licensed at a reduced rate; a fixed-fee pilot comes first. Developer count, concurrent agents and repositories size the hardware, not the licence price — a server is the same fixed price whatever its size.
- How much does NeueCode cost?
- The per-server list price is shared on request. Every active server is the same fixed price, whatever its size; a short sizing conversation only sets how many you need. The price is per active server only; it does not change with the number of developers, agents or repositories on that server.
- Do we pay per developer, per seat or per user?
- No. NeueCode is licensed per active server, not per developer. Unlimited authorised developers work on the licensed server, subject to its capacity. Adding people does not add licence cost; adding enough concurrent load to need another server does, because that server needs its own licence.
- Are there any per-token, credit or usage-based charges?
- There are no per-token licence fees from NeueCode: local models run on your own GPUs, and the licence has no usage-based line item. Operating costs remain yours — the hardware, electricity and any optional third-party model service you choose to enable (off by default, billed by that provider).
- What counts as an active server, and how many do we need?
- Each active physical or virtual server needs its own licence; a development, test, staging or HA server is active when it processes normal workloads. How many you need depends on peak concurrent developers and agents, the topology you want (single server, HA, passive DR, separate production and development), repository size and the model capability tier — a capacity question confirmed at technical validation that does not change the per-server price.
