AI software engineering for sovereign government environments.
Deploy autonomous AI inside ministry, authority, defense, and public-sector networks — without sending source code or prompts to an external cloud. NeueCode runs on your infrastructure, on local models, under your governance.
Why cloud coding agents are hard to approve here
Cloud tools are excellent where cloud is permitted. This sector often cannot permit it.
National data control
Government source code and operational context often may not leave national — or even departmental — infrastructure.
Restricted and air-gapped networks
Classified and sensitive networks have no path to a vendor cloud at all — cloud-only AI tools are structurally excluded.
Accountability requirements
Public-sector security review expects to know exactly what an autonomous system did, who approved it, and to verify that independently.
What NeueCode brings
Data sovereignty by architecture
The agent, the models, and the audit trail all run on infrastructure you own. In strict mode, cloud and network egress are locked off by a deny-by-default broker.
Air-gap deployment
A repeatable install on your own servers that does not phone home; internet-reaching integrations are automatically locked off in strict mode.
Arabic and English, first-class
The workbench is bilingual with full right-to-left support — built for Gulf government teams, not translated as an afterthought.
Signed audit evidence
Every action lands in a tamper-evident, hash-chained Flight Recorder; runs emit signed manifests your auditors verify offline — without trusting us or your operators.
Local model control
Open-weight models on your own GPUs — you decide which models run, and nothing depends on a foreign API being reachable.
Built for digital transformation programs
A structured pilot, deployment consultation, and the same engineering team that built the platform — aligned with national AI and digitization agendas.
Per-invocation capability tokens
Each delegated tool call carries a per-invocation signed capability token scoped to exactly that call; the developer’s client verifies it offline with the box’s public key and refuses anything out of scope.
Instant, total deprovisioning
Lock a person in your directory — or in NeueCode — and every surface (web, desktop, VS Code, and their machine API clients) is cut off on the next request.
Bounded autonomy, off by default
An optional goal-driven mode runs unattended only on a bounded, risky-tools-denied loop under hard step and time budgets — shipped off by default, so autonomy is a deliberate switch, never a surprise.
In strict mode, each run emits a signed, offline-verifiable non-egress manifest showing the agent opened no outbound connection — app-level proof paired with on-prem isolation, which an independent auditor checks offline. The full no-packet guarantee is the optional OS-enforcement tier.

Can NeueCode run fully on-premise or air-gapped for Government & Defense?
Yes. The agent, the local open-weight models, and the audit trail all run on your own servers and GPUs. In strict mode the agent's cloud and network paths are made structurally unreachable — an app-level control paired with your on-prem isolation (a packet-level OS tier is optional) — so it operates inside restricted or air-gapped networks.
Does our source code leave the network?
No vendor cloud is required. The models run on your GPUs, and file edits, shell and tests run on the developer's own machine. In strict mode NeueCode signs a per-run non-egress manifest — offline-verifiable evidence your auditors check without trusting the vendor.
Is NeueCode SOC 2 or ISO certified?
No — NeueCode is not certified against any framework. Its evidence export is mapped (not certified) to EU AI Act, DORA, NIS2, SOC 2 CC6, ISO 42001, and SAMA/NCA controls — it provides technical controls and audit evidence that support your own governance and compliance program.
Does NeueCode support Arabic?
Yes — the product itself (not just the website) is fully bilingual English/Arabic with full right-to-left support, with a Kuwait- and GCC-focused deployment and support model.
