NeueCode provides enterprise AI solutions including video surveillance and face recognition, AI-powered law enforcement surveillance, AI social media management, and related enterprise software and consulting services.
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from website visitors; registered users; team members and workspace users; enterprise customers; users who connect third-party accounts or AI-provider accounts; and people who contact us for support, sales, or other communications. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party services, websites, or platforms that we do not control.
3. Information We Collect
a. Account and profile information
Name, email address, phone number, password or authentication credentials, account type, role, workspace information, language preference, timezone, and settings.
b. Connected platform information
When you connect an account such as a camera system, social media account, or another supported platform, we may collect platform user ID; account handle or username; profile metadata; access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, and connection status; and integration permissions and enabled actions.
c. Content and workflow information
Prompts you submit; generated outputs and analytics; scheduled actions and publishing history; workflow settings; uploaded media or files; and configuration data for AI-powered surveillance, detection, and recognition systems.
d. Usage, device, and log information
IP address; browser type and version; device and operating system information; session activity; feature usage; page visits and clicks; performance metrics, diagnostics, and error logs; and approximate geolocation derived from IP address.
e. Billing and commercial information
Subscription plan and status; billing contact information; invoices, transaction records, and payment-related metadata. Payment card data may be collected and processed by third-party payment providers rather than stored directly by us.
f. Support and communications
Information you provide through support tickets; email or chat communications; sales inquiries; demo requests; feedback forms; bug reports; and surveys.

NEUECODE LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
9. SMS Messaging Privacy
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from NeueCode, we may send you SMS messages related to your account, service updates, notifications, customer support, and other conversational or transactional messages related to NeueCode services.
NEUECODE LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
We collect and use your mobile number only for the purposes you consented to. This exclusion applies even if other sections of this Privacy Policy describe general data sharing.
