Can NeueCode run fully on-premise or air-gapped for Contractors & Integrators?

In strict mode the agent's cloud and network paths are made structurally unreachable — an app-level control paired with your on-prem isolation (a packet-level OS tier is optional) — so it operates inside restricted or air-gapped networks.

Does our source code leave the network?
