1. Program name and purpose

The NeueCode Conversational SMS Program is a conversational and transactional text-messaging service operated by NeueCode LLC. The program is used to respond to inbound sales and support inquiries, deliver account and order-related updates, send appointment and meeting confirmations, and provide other operational notifications related to a customer's relationship with NeueCode.

The program does not send marketing or promotional broadcasts. Recipients only receive messages in connection with a request they initiated, an inquiry they submitted, or an active business relationship with NeueCode.

2. Message types

  • Responses to sales inquiries submitted through neuecode.com/contact or by phone.
  • Customer support replies and case updates initiated by the recipient.
  • Appointment, demo, and meeting confirmations or reminders.
  • Account, billing, and service-related transactional notifications.
  • One-time verification codes when explicitly requested by the user.

4. How users opt in

Recipients opt in to the program by one of the following explicit actions:

  • Web form — entering a mobile phone number in the optional "Phone" field on neuecode.com/contact AND checking the SMS-consent checkbox, which discloses message frequency, rate information, STOP / HELP instructions, and links to this page, the Privacy Policy, and the Terms of Service.
  • Direct request — replying to a NeueCode email, phone call, or in-person meeting with explicit consent to be contacted by SMS at a stated number.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, demo, or service. Recipients may use NeueCode's website, request a demo, or purchase services without opting in to SMS.

5. Opt-out — STOP

You may opt out of the NeueCode Conversational SMS Program at any time by replying STOP (case-insensitive; also accepts END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT) to any message from us. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages from the program. To rejoin, you must opt in again through the form or by direct request.

6. Help — HELP

For help, reply HELP (case-insensitive; also accepts INFO, AIDE) to any message. You can also reach support at support@neuecode.com or +1 (503) 457-0040.

7. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your conversation. The program is conversational — you will typically receive messages only in response to your inquiries or as part of an active sales or support thread. Expected volume is approximately 2–10 messages per week per active conversation, with no broadcast or bulk sends.

8. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. NeueCode does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you according to your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

9. Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and their respective affiliates, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. NeueCode cannot guarantee message delivery; delivery depends on carrier availability and the recipient's device and network.

10. Privacy of mobile information

NEUECODE LLC does not share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

This restriction applies even if other sections of our Privacy Policy describe more general data-sharing practices. For full details on how NeueCode collects, uses, retains, and protects your personal information, see the NeueCode Privacy Policy (in particular Section 9, "SMS Messaging Privacy").

11. Governing terms

Your use of the NeueCode Conversational SMS Program is also governed by the NeueCode Terms of Service (in particular Section 15, "SMS Terms of Service"). In the event of a conflict between this page and the Terms of Service or Privacy Policy on SMS-specific matters, the more protective provision for the recipient applies.
