Where is the data processed?
On-premise on the NeueTrace edge device inside each store. Events stream to a customer-controlled cloud dashboard; cloud reporting can be disabled for air-gapped sites. Video and biometric data are not required to leave your network.

Yes — any standard RTSP / IP camera works. No proprietary hardware required.
