How NeueCode solves healthcare challenges

Two-tier face recognition

Known person identification + automatic visitor tracking with deep-learning embeddings.

Known person database

Face image enrollment with group classification: Employee, VIP, Blacklist, Visitor.

People counting (line crossing)

Virtual line crossing with directional entry/exit and rolling gender-based counts.

Real-time alerts

Instant notifications for face detections, activity alerts, and device status.

Security Operations Room (Windows)

Desktop SOC app with HUD interface, multi-camera grid, live face dashboard, threat events.

Use Cases

Real scenarios. Real outcomes.

Scenario 1

Staff identification at restricted entrances

Enroll authorized clinicians in the Known Person database (group: Employee). NeueTrace recognizes them at any camera with a real-time event.

Scenario 2

Ward & ER occupancy tracking

Directional people counting tracks how many people are in each waiting area at any moment, with hourly trends.

Scenario 3

Activity alerts in public areas

Real-time alerts for fire, smoke, weapons, and aggressive behavior in waiting rooms, lobbies, and corridors.

Scenario 4

Multi-site dashboard

Each clinic or campus runs a NeueTrace device; the 13-page cloud dashboard aggregates events across every site.

FAQ

Common Healthcare questions

Is patient face data stored?

Only enrolled persons (typically staff) are stored in the Known Person database — by default no patient faces are enrolled. All data stays on hospital infrastructure.

Where does processing happen?

All AI processing happens on the NeueTrace edge device on-premise. Events stream to a customer-controlled cloud dashboard; this reporting can be disabled for air-gapped deployments. There is no third-party cloud.
