Govern AI Autonomous Enterprise System

NeueCode 73-in-1 Enterprise AI Platform

Enterprise AI + Govern AI + Shadow-AI (SOC)

One platform for enterprise use, governance, and Shadow-AI visibility. On-premise. Controlled. Enterprise-ready.

  • One fixed price per server
  • Higher control
  • Full visibility
  • Enterprise-ready

NeueCode 7 is a sovereign AI engineering and governance platform — an on-premise autonomous multi-agent system and AI coding agent on local open-weight models, deployable air-gapped, that governs every AI agent action at runtime.

THE APP

One workbench for your engineers. Governed by design.

The same app on Windows, macOS, Linux, VS Code, Visual Studio and the CLI — every session on your own servers, every action on the record.

Build

  • Local models, your GPUs

Open-weight models served from your own servers, inside your perimeter. One box serves several models at once.

  • Plans before it edits

Reads the codebase, drafts a step-by-step plan, then edits files and runs tests — as diffs you approve.

  • Every surface you use

Windows, macOS and Linux apps, VS Code and Visual Studio extensions, the CLI, an API and MCP.

Govern

  • A policy on every action

Scoped access per agent, human approval before anything sensitive — enforced at runtime, not reviewed afterwards.

  • Controlled egress

What may leave, and to where, is decided by your policy — and logged. Local-vs-cloud calls are counted on one pane.

  • Evidence, not promises

A tamper-evident record of every action. In strict mode, a signed per-run manifest your own auditor verifies offline.

Installed on your servers — on-premise or air-gapped · One fixed price per active server · Unlimited developers on it, within the server’s capacity

WHAT CHANGED

AI stopped suggesting.It started acting.

Until recently, AI made suggestions and a person decided what to do with them. That has quietly reversed: AI agents now open files, run commands, change records and send information out to other services — on their own, all day. The identity, approval and audit routine an organisation runs for its staff was never designed for software that acts.

According to Gartner (2025) (opens in a new tab), at least 15% of day-to-day work decisions will be made autonomously through agentic AI by 2028, up from 0% in 2024.

What is Govern AI?

Govern AI is putting every AI action in the enterprise — the organization's own agents and third-party assistants alike — under a policy the organization sets, an approval it controls, and audit evidence it can verify.

Autonomous AI governance is the control of AI systems that act rather than only advise: every action an AI agent takes runs under a policy the organization sets, the risky ones wait for an approval it controls, and all of it leaves a record an auditor can verify without trusting the vendor.

An organisation answers these about its people every day. Governing its AI means being able to answer them about every AI action, too:

Which AI did this, and what is it allowed to touch?
Each AI agent acts under an identity of its own and a scope that names the systems and data it may reach.
Who approved it before it happened?
Sensitive actions pause for a person the organisation has named, and go ahead only on that approval.
What information left the organisation with it?
Anything sent outward passes a policy first, and a record shows what left, where it went, and under which rule.
Can you show all of that afterwards to someone who was not there?
Every action, approval and outbound transfer is kept in a record an auditor can verify without taking anyone's word for it.

Frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001 and the EU AI Act set out which of these controls an organisation needs. The four answers above map to them — mapped, not certified.

Answering all four, for every action, while the AI is actually working — that is the discipline. NeueCode 7 is the system built to run it. Explore the NeueCode 7 platform

Government & Defense

The state should be able to use the best AI technology — on its own terms: AI that runs on infrastructure the institution controls, where the institution itself decides what it can reach and what is allowed to leave. NeueCode is the working layer for that idea — not a product looking for a problem.

In strict mode, each run emits a signed, offline-verifiable non-egress manifest showing the agent opened no outbound connection — app-level proof paired with on-prem isolation, which an independent auditor checks offline. The full no-packet guarantee is the optional OS-enforcement tier.

Your AI should answer to you. See it governed on your own infrastructure.
